First Visit Experience
Our professional team always help make your patient experience a comfortable and positive one. On your first visit you can expect the following once you arrive at Calamvale Village Dental:
- As you arrive at reception our friendly staff will request you fill in a copy of the new patient form with details on your past medical and dental history. You can also download the new patient form here, complete it at your leisure and bring it with you to your first appointment.
- Patients arriving early can relax in our modern waiting room with a variety of reading material, dental service information pages, toys for children and a flat screen TV.
- A member of our team will then show you into one of our modern, comfortable surgeries and you will be introduced to your experienced and friendly dentist.
- The dentist will conduct a comprehensive oral examination on both your teeth and gums and discuss the results with you. You can discuss any dental concerns you may have. The comprehensive examination will include
- A guided tour of your mouth with our special inter oral camera while you watch on the screen, allowing you to see close up your teeth and any dental issues that may exist.
- X-rays as required.
- Our dentist will provide you with an overview of the state of your oral health. As required, our dentist will also provide different treatment options and a treatment plan for you to consider. The information is aimed to educate you on the problem and different treatment options, allowing you to make an informed decision on your dental health. Our goal is to provide the optimal oral health outcomes for you.
