How much pain is involved with a GlamSmile procedure?
Virtually none. Even if you have low tolerance for pain, there is only little discomfort that is felt. Unlike other veneer procedures, where grinding and pulling of healthy teeth is required, GlamSmile doesn’t need any anesthetics as there is virtually no discomfort.

How many dental visits must I have to achieve the results that I want?
For the actual procedure, only requires one appointment and the results are immediate. You are required to attend a visit prior to this so we can take impressions of your teeth and prepare for your treatment. Each visit is not likely to last more than an hour.

How long after the consultation stage would I have to wait before I can get my Veneers?
This only usually takes about two to three weeks. Dr. Duval will inform you if there is any factor that can make the waiting period longer.

I haven’t been to the dentist for some time; do I have to get my teeth cleaned first?
We incorporate the cleaning process with the fitting of the GlamSmile Veneers.

With GlamSmile Veneers, do I need to do a special cleaning process?
No, you can clean your teeth daily just like you would without the veneers. It is essential that you develop a regular cleaning habit. Just don’t use highly abrasive toothpaste and avoid brushing vigorously.

Are there types of food that I should not eat to avoid damaging my GlamSmile Veneers?
GlamSmile Veneers are just like your natural teeth. They are strong and can withstand what natural teeth can. They look, feel, and are used just like your natural teeth.

I have uneven teeth, will GlamSmile Veneers benefit me?
Yes, GlamSmile Veneers can be fitted over your natural teeth even if they are uneven or misaligned. Proper assessment by Dr. Duval will allow our technician to make custom made Veneers to fit your teeth.

What if I chip or break a veneer for any reason, will I have to go the same process again?
No, we store digital copies of your impressions and would be able to make replacements without having you come in for refitting or for making impressions again.

Are GlamSmile Veneers long lasting?
Yes, they are made from high quality and highly tested hybrid porcelain material that has been known to last a couple of decades.

Are GlamSmile Veneers easily removable?
Yes they are. If for any reason you want your GlamSmile Veneers removed, they can be. The best thing is because there was no drilling and damage done to your natural teeth, they will still be the way they were prior to the treatment.
