You can’t foresee an emergency but you can be prepared for it. Though it will be a shock to you when it happens, at Designer Dental Studio we have appointment time on a regular daily basis set aside to accommodate your dental emergency. We are here to reassure you that any emergency is handled correctly and swiftly. Our priorities are to make you comfortable and eliminate any dental pain you may be experiencing. However, we do recommend that once your Emergency Care has been completed we will schedule a Comprehensive Examination to determine if there are other areas of concern.

If a dental emergency occurs outside of practice hours, there are steps you can take to keep the toothache under control until your scheduled appointment. A visit to your GP for antibiotics or to your local pharmacy for over-the-counter painkillers such as Panadol, Panadeine or Nurofen should ease your discomfort. As soon as you are in our hands, we will make you as comfortable as possible and eliminate any dental pain you may be experiencing
