Toothache normally happens very suddenly and is often very painful. Designer Dental Studio has invested in systems, procedures and technologies to make your pain disappear, quicker than it arrived. Whether it is a cracked tooth, a root canal treatment, an extraction, or any other dental emergency, we will schedule you quickly and treat you at our first available opportunity. Once your Emergency Care has been completed, a Comprehensive Examination will be scheduled with Dr Duval to determine if there are other areas of concern.
If a dental emergency occurs outside of practice hours, there are steps you can take to keep the toothache under control, until your scheduled appointment. A visit to your GP for antibiotics or to your local pharmacy, for over-the-counter painkillers, such as Panadol, Panadeine or Nurofen, should ease your discomfort. If possible, avoid chewing on the problem tooth and steer clear of food and drinks that are particularly hot or cold.
As soon as you are in the Studio, you will be made as comfortable as possible and the team at Designer Dental will eliminate any dental pain you may be experiencing.
